We encourage you to book only the amount of time you anticipate needing for your service. Please be aware that any unused extra time booked will still be charged in full. Similarly, if services are booked with insufficient time allocated, charges will reflect the time required to complete the service adequately.
Our rates serve as starting point estimates and are subject to variation based on your specific customization preferences and the volume of hair involved. Thicker or longer hair may necessitate additional time and labor, which could result in an adjusted price.
We require a deposit at the time of booking for installations and extension services to secure your appointment.
It is essential to note that all deposits are nonrefundable and will be automatically forfeited under the following circumstances:
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, it will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. We advise considering potential factors such as traffic or unexpected delays.
Clients who fail to show up for their appointments or cancel on the day of their scheduled service(s) will automatically forfeit their deposits and will be charged the full balance of the service(s) reserved.
